Advertisements

Kindly we receive digital reproduction materials according to the following specifications:
  • All files are fit to use on an Apple MacIntosh and all files are created in the following programs:
    • QuarkXpress 4.0,
    • Adobe Illustrator 9.0,
    • Adobe Photoshop 6.0.
  • Full colour adverts and adverts with a spotcolour are build up in separated colours (CMYK).
  • Digital photos contain a minimum resolution of 300 dpi at the correct sizes and they are build up in separated colours (CMYK).
  • The complete file including all fonts and illustrations (logo’s, photos) should be sent.
  • All illustrations (logo’s, photos) are saved as eps-files.
  • Always send a matchprint for color proofing.

If files are created in programs that are not recommended by us, if files are delivered incomplete (for example without fonts) or if a representative matchprint is not available, RAI Langfords can not be held responsible for incorrect insertions.
